About GCC

Gale Construction Company of Illinois is a certified Woman Owned Business, incorporated in 1996. We are general contractors and have concentrated on municipal projects for several years. In 2007 we added a variety of commercial work to our portfolio.
Our projects are varied and complex. We have developed a variety of skills including shoreline stabilization, excavation, pile driving, foundations, all forms of concrete work and demolition. With over twenty (20) pedestrian bridge installations and extensive trail and site developments, Gale Construction is well suited to tackle any variety of construction projects.
Gale Construction Company of Illinois is pre-qualified with the Illinois Department of Transportation and registered with the Illinois Capital Development Board. We have developed good working relationships with design/build firms, civil engineers, municipalities, state agencies and corporations.
Gale Construction boasts a 100% safety record and prides ourselves on customer service. We are a prevailing wage employer and signatory to several unions.
