Gale Construction Company is a self-performing prime contractor. We offer a wide range of services and capabilities with 26 years of civil construction experience. Our team has worked with a variety of federal and corporate clients as well as state and local municipal agencies. GCC’s first project in 1996 was rehabilitation of a 50’ retaining wall for the Village of Des Plaines, IL. Gradually, project by project, we built our capacity and capabilities and now perform large scale waterway projects and design-build for the federal government. Along the way our team and core values have remained the same. Service and Safety remain GCC’s priorities.
GCC has worked on complex projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Agriculture, Illinois Department of Transportation and private sector fortune 500 companies including Waste Management, Standard Parking and Norfolk Southern Railway. We are uniquely qualified to tackle any project and we’ve developed a core team of project managers, quality control managers and safety managers to meet our client’s needs. Our personnel have extensive experience working with FAA, GSA, NPS, Navy, DOL, Dept. of Ag, USACE, Smithsonian and NIST. Additionally, our team has background work with design-build, architectural structures and renovations, SCIFs, mechanical and electrical in addition to core civil work.
